David

David is
married to Jennifer J. Jasin and has four children; Renee
M. Leady, Michael W. Leady , David R. Jasin, III, and Charlene A.
Jasin. He also has 2 grandsons; Jacob and Alex.

Robert
Van Horn
Robert Van Horn, one of our funeral directors here, as well as one
of our vice presidents, is the President of the Ohio Funeral Directors
Association Executive Committee. Bob also has served on the Ohio
Demort Team, which responds to national disasters and is called
in by the federal government. On September 11, 2001 Bob was dispatched
to the site of the World Trade Towers and assisted in the recovery
process there.
He is married to Margaret Van Horn, and has 2 sons; Shawn and Evan.
He has 6 grandsons; Keenan, Mason, Cameron R., Duncan, Jacob and Brody.

son, Mike Leady, assists in almost all funerals and you can find
him on any given day greeting our families and doing whatever is
possible to make families feel comfortable while they are here.
He runs all errands for the funeral home and helps to maintain the
looks of the vehicles used, as well as the cleanliness of the funeral
home.

Timothy P. West
Timothy P. West, our current apprentice embalmer/funeral director, graduated from Genoa Area High School in 2000. The grandson of Steven S. Kinsey of Kinsey Funeral Home, he has served in the funeral business since 2003.
Graduated in 2003 from Owens Community College with an associate’s degree in biology.
Graduated in 2005 from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with associate and bachelor degrees in Mortuary Science.
Life long member of Calvin United Church of Christ.
In 2004, Tim was in the first graduating class of the Lucas County (CERT) Community Emergency Response Team program.
Tim is currently the volunteer assistant kickboxing instructor at Owens Community College.
